The big news this week is the listing of the Clark & Tait portfolio of properties in central and north west Queensland. From a rich history in the pastoral industry the properties are being offered to the market by Expressions of Interest individually or in one line.

The size, versatility, carrying capacity and development potential across the range of properties will generate great interest in the market with quality listings rare in the rural property market.
Interest will come from the larger institutional investors and families with banks having a healthy appetite to fund quality assets.
