Following lifelong careers in livestock and rural property, Michael Spencer and Andrew Adcock have joined forces to launch ‘Adcock Partners Property and Livestock’.
Adcock Partners will offer a superior alternative to the majors when transacting in the rural space.
Michael will be actively involved in all facets of the business including management, property and recruitment. His primary focus will be the advancement of the livestock supply chain pathway, an area in which Michael brings considerable experience in both Grass and Grain production as well as processing.
Andrew Adcock, well respected in the rural network, brings with him 30 years of Rural Property Sales and management experience to lead, support and develop the Sales team. At this stage of his career, Andrew looks forward to developing younger agents and being able to service the rural industry with a fresh new model.
Their collective vision of competitive supply chain finance is soon to be a reality with discussions with an international broker nearing sign off. Currently an opportunity is seen to be competitive in this space with a simple low cost model. The current suppliers of Livestock finance are placing a heavy burden on producers and a need in this market has been recognised. This low cost finance option will cover beef and wool initially and grow across other rural industries as the business expands.
Adcock Partners see many opportunities in the agribusiness sector and will be an agile, responsive and innovative model. Andrew and Michael are both very excited to be launching this new business and look forward to the challenges of Australian Agriculture and the development of a great team.
